Before Submitting an Order

The following items must be prepared in full before your scheduled appointment or delivering by mail:

1)  all stationery, including 10-20 EXTRAS of each envelope or place card.
2)  a complete list of names, addresses, or all text as you would like it to appear.

NOTE: For envelope addressing and place cards, please be sure the list you submit is final. There will be an additional charge of $25 each time one or more additions or corrections (such as spelling errors or table number changes) is requested.

--  Consultations or recommendations on formal etiquette and ink color are available upon request.

--  Please consider that ink behaves differently on different types of material. I will work with any stationery you choose and can guarantee the quality of the handwriting, although the type of paper you supply may affect the actual outcome.

--  Special metallic ink colors (Gold, Silver) and white ink (for dark envelopes) are thick and will tend to clog both dip and fountain pens. If an alternative color is not selected, additional charges will apply.
